Is this thing on?

Tap. Tap, tap, tap.

I hope you weren’t expecting consistency this early on in my blog adventure.  The most consistent activity in this realm is the low growling you’d hear if you were nearby while I was trying to figure out how to make this thing bow to my will.

Expect to see changes in format and appearance while I bumble my way to greatness or at least averageness with the incredible blog machine. The learning curve on this is more like a series of hairpins than one actual curve. Still, I march onward, ever hopeful to master this bloggy thingy.

I made up a word. Or is that two?

In the meantime, I am gathering information on local senior discounts and cool things to do around the New Hampshire seacoast. I’d love some ideas if you have favorites. Oh, hmmm, that means I’d better figure out feedback or contact me stuff. 

I plan on posting three times a week. That seems like just enough to not be spam but far apart enough for you to wonder what the Llama is up to.

I’m still working on the first chapter of my story. My character’s cat is mad at me. I’m going to have to write in some treats soon, I’m sure.

The picture with this post is of my current personal crochet project (as opposed to the ones I’ve been working on for other people). Oh, and I’ve been shopping for purple lipstick, but that’s a story for another time.
