As one of the many people on this planet who have a book stuck in their head but can’t seem to get it off the ground, I found this book inspirational.
While reading along, just for enjoyment, new ideas for my main character popped into my head, and new thoughts on their journey began to form.
I wrote them down and bounced them off my favorite sounding board, and more pieces began falling into place.
Reading Charlie N. Holmberg’s Book of Magic breathed new life into a stagnant story. If you’re a fantasy writer (even if you don’t think you’re one because you haven’t finished that first book yet), I highly recommend this book!
