I love this author’s writing style so much that I picked up this book without paying attention to the fact that it was the second in a series, figuring I’d enjoy this one.
I was right! The Rake’s Convenient Bride stands wonderfully on its own.
Elizabeth and Jasper’s story grabbed my attention from the start and did not let go. I loved this book so much that I picked up the first one and am looking forward to the next!
