Finding Balance and Moving Forward

Well, this morning didn’t go as a large number of people in the US had hoped. But that would have happened no matter what the results were.

So, for those of you who feel like you’re floundering a bit, that the floor has fallen out from beneath your feet, or that you have lost control over some aspects of life, I’ll share what I have learned over the years.

Llisten to the Llama.

Or not, that is your choice.

Most of life is a choice. Just like yesterday was.

We chose to go to the polls—or not. We chose red, blue, or another option.

But we chose!

So, this morning, I chose to sip my coffee and figure out how to get this old body back into better shape.

If you’ve been following the bouncing Llama, you’ll note that in September, I talked about getting an “overhaul.” Well, it’s been working! I now walk up and down stairs more easily, have averaged a higher number of steps than before, and even have an easier time getting up from the floor.

From the floor!

So, I am focusing on what I can do and how to do more.

This is my advice: focus on who you are, what you love, what you appreciate in your life, and what you can do.

Find your balance.

Find your grounding.

Or not.

It’s your choice.
